Our rental properties are located in the beautiful community of Diamondhead in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Tenants have access to all the community amenities of Diamondhead with the appropriate fee.

Golf - A scenic 18 hole, par-72, PGA rated championship golf course is surrounded by a beautiful, relaxing landscape. This course was designed with all handicappers in mind. Four sets of tees provide a challenge to the best golfers yet offerg the average or beginning player the opportunity to play enjoyable golf. There is a fully-stocked Golf Shop, rental carts, driving range and practice green. The Course is open daily at 8:00AM. The course is closed for maintenance on Monday until 2:00PM. Tee times can be made 7 days in advance. Golfers and non-players accompanying golfers must be attired in proper clothing while in/on golfing facilities. Tank tops and undershirts are not permitted. Ladies must wear shirts or blouses that cover midriffs. Swimwear is not permitted. Check with the Pro Shop for tee times and fees.

Tennis Courts - No Fee.

Basketball Courts - No Fee.

Swimming Pool - No Fee. A beautiful 220,000 gallon Olympic size swimming pool with a large deck area featuring numberous umbrellas, covered tables, chairs and chaise lounges. It is open daily Memorial Day through Labor Day and always staffed with certified lifeguards. The pool is open each day from 11:00am until 7:00pm. Each Friday, from 7:00pm until 9:00pm, the pool is reserved for adults only. There is also a shallow "Kiddie Pool" which requires parental supervision. Snacks featuring everything from chips to sandwiches to ice cream and soft drinks may be purchased poolside.

Kiddie Koral - No Fee. The Kiddie Korral is located across from the parking lot of the Golf Shop and Diamondhead Grill. There are slides, swings, carousels and jungle gyms with soft landing areas around the equipment. There is also a drinking fountain. No child should be left unaccompanied at the Korral and should be carefully supervised in all activities.

Boat Ramp - No fee. Want to spend some time fishing, enjoying water sports, or just boating around enjoy the beautiful wildlife and vegetation along Lake Catherine? Bring your boat. The boat ramp is available to all tenants.

Country Club Facility - This facility was completed in 2010 and When renting long term or for vacation purposes you are welcome to use this facility. There is a spacious bar & grill, large ballroom entertainment area & fitness center. You can call the POA at 262-4470 for access to the fitness center. There are frequent karoke nights on Friday evening and bingo every other Saturday night. Guests are encouraged to participate. Attire is casual. Check 19th Hole for breakfast, lunch & dinner menus by calling 262-1565.

These units are all completely furnished and the kitchens are completely equipped. There is plenty of bed linens and towels. Also provided are Kleenex, laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, paper and plastic products, etc. All units have either cable or Dish Network for the multiple TV's in most units. Most units have local phone service.

Just outside the main gate is a mini-mall with a delightful, nicely stocked convenience store. They sell speciality cut meats, pizzas, beer, beverages, ice, propane tanks, gasoline, etc. There is also a wine & spririt shop. This saves you a trip to town if you have forgotten something.
